Tips & Tricks:
- Remember to match the server number based on your NowCerts Account.
- You need to doublecheck that the url is correct in the setup in the RingCentral settings. I have read about people needing to inputting the URL daily, because it keeps clearing out. You may want to keep this URL in a handy place to copy and paste in case you have any issues.
- You will need to make sure that you are logged into NowCerts to pull up the account profile.
